The automatic backwash manganese sand filter uses the adsorption and oxidation of manganese sand to convert low-priced iron ions and low-priced manganese ions in water into high-priced states, so as to achieve effective removal. When the raw water enters the filter, it first passes through the coarse filter layer to remove large suspended solids and particles; then enters the manganese sand layer, where the manganese sand particles will chemically react with the iron and manganese in the water, oxidizing it into insoluble sediments; finally, through the further filtration of the fine filter layer, clear water is obtained.

 

- Water inlet. Connect the raw water pipe to introduce the raw water to be treated.

- Water outlet. Connect the water outlet pipe to output filtered water.

- Filter material layer. Include coarse filter layer, manganese sand layer and fine filter layer, responsible for removing impurities in water.

- Backwash system. Include backwash pumps, control valves and other equipment, used to regularly clean the filter material layer to restore its filtration performance.

- Control system. Monitor the operating status of the entire filter to achieve automated operation.
